"This was definitely not a four star hotel, I have no idea how the class this a four star. I genuinely do not even know where to start. I travel a lot at least once a week and I travel across the world. I’ve never encountered such a horrible room in my entire life. I’ve stayed at two star hotels which is way better than this. This is a big scam please stay away. The bathroom stunk so badly, The room stunk off smoke and I guess somebody was smoking before me and it has not been cleaned at all....

"The staff was amazing. They all have done their best in terms of hospitality. The hotel conditions are pretty bad. The rooms, stains in carpets, cracks in bathrooms, not properly placed tap misplacements. Except for the beautiful staff, I would recommend SwissHotel Efes."
