“Le jour de l’arrivée nous sommes tenus dans le suspense à savoir si tout va bien aller et que nous aurons l’appartement. Outre la réservation et une information que nous recevrions une confirmation avec code d’entrée par courriel rien de plus et rien du gérant de l’immeuble. Démarches difficiles pour rejoindre le locateur et aller à ses buteaux. Le paiement avec réservation n’aurait pas été effectué. Beaucoup de problèmes avec le logiciel de paiement…de sorte que sans le savoir cela n’a pas……

“Beautiful rustic house with such attention to detail, we would happily return. Great property management too and Ella and Lina really looked after us, rectifying a temporary issue with the drain even on a Sunday and getting us 2 more bikes which we really enjoyed using. Thank you guys, we loved our time in Valencia and reckon we’ll be back before long 😎”

“Good location. We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the beach and metro. Javi was very attentive and easy to get in touch with. The place was clean and the check in/out process was smooth. The only complaint would be this place felt about 90% finished. Would have liked a coffee maker and mugs. Maybe some beach items such as chairs, towels, or beach toys. Night stands next to the beds. Towel hooks for the bathrooms. Other than that it was a perfect spot for our weekend beach vacation. ”

“Wat een geweldige ervaring! De villa zag er online al prachtig uit, maar in werkelijkheid was het nog indrukwekkender. Alles was schoon, netjes en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De locatie is perfect: een rustige en veilige buurt waar je je meteen op je gemak voelt. Daarnaast liggen alle supermarkten zoals Lidl, Mercadona en Consum op slechts een paar minuten rijden, wat enorm handig was.Deze villa heeft mijn verwachtingen echt overtroffen en heeft mijn vakantie onvergetelijk gemaakt. “Cute old beach house at 350 m from the beach. Several small supermarkets right next to it and easy public transport to the city center. Beds were a bit small, but for the rest it was perfect. Very nice host who only speaks Spanish, but with Google Translate there was no problem.”

“This lovely 2 bedroom house in the suburb of Foios is nicely decorated and well appointed. The rooms are spacious and the outdoor area is particularly nice. It is a short walk to the metro to Valencia and about a 20 minute drive. The town is sleepy but very friendly, and like most Spanish suburbs, has a nice selection of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. ”

“Nous avons séjourné 4 jours pour visiter Valence et ses environs. La proximité de Valence est appréciable.
L'environnement est calme et l'accès est facile. Le stationnement est possible à côté de la maison. La vue de la terrasse est sympathique ; vue sur mer. Les propriétaires répondent rapidement en cas de besoin. Je conseille sans problème.”

"I happened to experienced Storm Dana. After I checked out, my flight was canceled due to the storm, the road to the airport was blocked. I’d to go back to the hotel, but I was told by a lady reception the hotel was fully booked. No room was available.
I was really disappointed since all the hotel in area was fully booked.
And then a hotel guest noticed the conversation and telling me he’s cancelling his booking and going to Barcelona. And then a male reception (black curly hair) was very nice even send a staff to look for another already clean room for me for faster check in.
I’m very thankful for those who help us in need.
As the hotel room, it’s simple room but clean. "
