It's close to a metro station, very close to the market and other key buildings, loads of restaurants and cafes near. Rooms are basic but adequate.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Valencia, on a beautiful, wide street full of restaurants and stores. Furthermore, it is in close proximity to the train station. The check in and check out processes were quick and I can not complain about the quality of the service. The room I was given had a stunning view and was much more spacious than I had expected. It could benefit from a little renovation and redecoration, but there was nothing about it that ruined my overall experience. The breakfast was good, I enjoyed it. I would definitely come back to this hotel!

Location, location,location. If that all you want, great, but if you cannot do without hot water, room phone to call front desk without incurring charges in your plan don’t. I also had some security issues as there was an unlock window in the bathroom that went into some kind of utility room outside. The elevator can only accommodate 3 people without any bags at a time so there was always a line to use it. When I complain several times about having to go downstairs to complain because no one ever picks up the phone I was told they never do if they are doing something else!

The location of the property was great and walkable to dining and site seeing.The staff were very friendly and helpful .The rooms were clean and nice.The only drawback was the noise from the street-resturant and people hanging out till 4-5am.We were in the first floor ,so that added to the problem.

The location is amazing for the price - so central for all the sights. Staff were helpful and polite but unfortunately they didn’t have a solution to the fact that I had booked a city view room but been assigned an interior room. We had to stay in this cell-like box with no natural light or air circulation our first of two nights then check out at 10am (after a terrible nights sleep) and back in again, to what should have been our room all along, after 3pm. Because we had booked through Expedia, they were unable to sort out a partial refund themselves. The rooms were rather tired looking but beds were clean and comfy. Bathroom cleanliness left a little to be desired but had clean towels and usual supplies. The city view room was significantly nicer to sleep in with a fantastic view. Had it been the room we had all along, having done my research and booked it intentionally, I suspect my review would be more favourable!
