“The bed was very comfortable, the room was big and clean but Our stay was unfortunately affected by a very unpleasant interaction with the front desk attendant. After traveling for many hours, we were exhausted and wanted to shower before going to bed. Since we were leaving again the following morning for another long trip, we also wanted to shower and wash our hair before heading out. I politely went to the front desk and asked if we could have two extra facecloths and two extra bath towels.……

“Nice motel. Basic, but it was all we needed for the night. Clean. Friendly check in.”

“LANG LAKE RESORT IS THE ESSENCE OF ONTARIO COTTAGE COUNTRY -- BEAUTIFUL WATER AND LANDSCAPE VIEWS GREETED US ALONG WITH THE SOUND OF BIRDS AND THE CONVERSATION OF FRIENDLY STAFF AND GUESTS. (KEEP IN MIND THAT MOSQUITOS, etc ARE ALSO PART OF COTTAGE COUNTRY, BUT, THIS IS SIMPLY TO REMIND YOU TO BE PREPARED--NOT TO COMPLAIN OR TO SUGGEST THAT THE OUTDOOR CRITTERS WERE ANY BETTER OR WORSE THAN ELSEWHERE IN ONTARIO!) WE HAD A LOVELY TWO-NIGHT STAY AND ARE CURRENTLY EXPLORING THE OPTION OF HEADING……

“Bathroom facilities need renovation. Dated and seals trap water. Well water has unpleasant odour. Otherwise, adequate. Price seemed high compared to excellent value at next stop Deep River.”

“This is our second time staying here, it’s a nice property overall, it’s definitely dated but it’s maintained and kept clean. The room is relatively smaller but works for a few nights. The check in was easy, staff were easy going. If I had to offer any advice to the hotel, id encourage guests to congregate in the beautiful rear courtyard , the pool area was empty (clean and beautiful) so were the fire pits, guests decided to sit in front and talk loudly until after 10pm, as well as banging on……
