I got married and had 30 rooms booked, they would not let anyone check in early without a $25 PER HOUR FEE, even though the rooms were ready. They took $150 pre-auth for "incidentals" but wouldn't allow us to charge water bottles to it. Water bottles were "cash only". The front door of the building FELL OFF on Sunday night, and my wedding party was helping the front desk people tape it up. I stood in the lobby in a wedding dress for 45 minutes while they tried to find my four reservations. Overall an absolute nightmare of an experience. Why would I pay $25 more to check in 15 minutes early to a room I did not have access too? Simple no frills hotel. Comfortable bedding, very safe and clean. Could use a little updating but nothing major. The shower was exceptional.
