Young girls yelling, laughing, running up and down halls. Called twice down to the front desk. They tried to help but still very loud and disruptive. This was around midnight. The GM said nothing she would do for us so we checked out and went to H.I. Express down the street. Very nice hotel and very helpful. Won't stay at Hampton again.

We made reservations out of desperation when we couldn’t get a room at the designated hotel nor anywhere else but we plan to return to this Hampton Inn when we return in the fall. The room was clean and well appointed (expected), the location exceeded our expectations, the breakfast was outstanding. But what puts this HI above and beyond was the front desk staff who were knowledgeable, friendly and remembered us, our reservation, our needs snd interests. Sorry the pool wasn’t open but it was for OUR safety not THEIR convenience.

The Hampton Inn Wooster was a clean, safe hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was good. I liked the waffles and didn’t get to try the biscuits and gravy but I was tempted. That said the pool wasn’t available, which was a bit of a bummer. And it was on a 4 lane highway surrounded by chain restaurants and stores. Everything was well taken care of but I think most people would prefer to stay at a place that felt a bit more local.

Staff was rude. I walked in to check in with my family. The staff at the desk was not working until I walked in. Then she plucked a card from the rolodex and started to work. No hello, no good afternoon. She continued to ignore me for 3 minutes as I stared at her. Then she said, "Can I help you?" I was floored. This is the first person that I had contact with and already horrible customer service. The cleaning staff was also vaping in the athletic room next to the pool. She was nasty and angry for no reason. I travel to Wooster for work a lot. I will not be staying here again. Highly disappointed
