Welcome to your perfect lakeside getaway! Nestled in a quiet cove on beautiful Toledo Bend at the end of a secluded road with very little traffic, this freshly remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is ideal for fishing trips, family vacations, or peaceful retreats.

• Boat Ramp on Property – Launch your boat right from the property and enjoy plenty of parking for boat trailers. One of the deepest boat ramps on the lake
• Boathouse & Swimming – Stroll out on the boathouse, cast a line, or take a refreshing swim in the calm cove waters.

• Full Kitchen & Generous Dining Space – Cook and serve meals with ease. Two dining tables and four bar stools provide seating for up to 12 people.

Fire pit usage is the responsibility of renter. Do not move fire pits. Always extinguish fires before you go to sleep or leave the property. Firewood not provided.
