“Really enjoyed our stay. Hubby and I stayed 5 days with our two little dogs. Everyone enjoyed the Cozy Cottage. It was clean, tastefully decorated, well stocked and the host was very accommodating. We’ll miss our stay, and can’t wait to return someday. Also, the little black kitty became our friend! Excellent place!”

“My family and I stayed here and appreciated the great communication with the host. The house was super clean, and the size makes it very easy to keep track of your belongings. We could come and go to the beach easily without paying the price of a beachfront property, and of course an outdoor shower is always nice to have! We felt very welcomed and cared for.”

“We had a great time at Poppy’s Place. Very clean and has all the basic amenities to include the Keurig coffee maker. Gas grill was great for making a hot dog lunch for the grandkids. Lots of beach chairs and items in the garage. Beach access 10 is the closest but does have stairs. Would stay here again. Great communication as well with Amber.”

“This was a last minute booking for our family. We had a daughter and her family coming here from Utah and she loves the beach. This was like a dream for her. The house was beautiful, well stocked and clean. We had a couple of issues but Roger the owner was very helpful and quick to respond. ”

“This cottage was perfect! My sister and I, our husbands, my niece and nephews, were there to celebrate my sisters 56th birthday. Although everyone came at different days, because of work schedules, so we didn’t have a full house at all times. But if we did, the rooms were perfect! They all had bathrooms, TVs, super comfortable bedding and ceiling fans. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need! Outside was a nice grill, propane, nice chairs, tables and a ton of beach toys, floats and chairs!...

“Absolutely loved staying at Sue’s. The location was perfect, along with the views. The interior was decorated so beautifully and had everything we needed with a well stocked kitchen. Towels were fluffy and beds were comfy! The hosts even let us stay an extra night. The outdoor shower was a hit. Thank you so much! ”

“My family and I felt as if the property was in great condition for an older home. When we first arrived we couldn't get in through the front door was able to get in through the back. When I called Mr. Edgar he responded very quickly. We would stay again and we recommend staying at this property. Mr. Edgar and Mr. Hayden are great hosts and attentive.”
