“We rented the is condo for the weekend and it was everything we needed. Just steps to the ocean and right across the street from the canal and pool. It was nice, clean, and very spacious! Perfect for a small family. The deck overseeing the ocean was also quite large. Also just a short drive to the Surf City or Jolly Roger pier. Will definitely rent from again in the future!”

Great balcony view of the beach’s. Short walk to the beach. These owners were very attentive to our specific needs. We would absolutely stay here again. Great for families!! “This property is very beautiful and so comfortable to stay at. Only thing I have to say and maybe it my fault and didn’t read the entire description but there is no elevator for the handicapped. We were in the second floor. It turned out to be quite the cardio work out for I have a leg that doesn’t work all that great. But all in all it was a very good stay.”

“We have stayed multiple times at Pier Pointe. This particular condo unit was in Pier Pointe West, adjacent to the older condo's. The unit was clean, nicely appointed, and the owner included many thoughtful touches, such as coffee, spices, and plenty of clean kitchen towels. We very much appreciated she had decorated it for Thanksgiving for our stay, including a platter that made it easy to serve the turkey!
