“My friend, who traveled to Seoul last month and stayed at various places, highly recommended this accommodation, saying it had the absolute best location and quality! I love it so much that I'm planning to extend my stay for a few more days. :) Since it just opened, all the interiors are brand new, and the bedding and rooms are incredibly clean. The overall room condition is just perfect!”

“靠近弘大入口站，交通方便、附近很多美食，也靠近弘大商圈，地點很棒，住家庭房，房間整體環境不錯，床很舒服，有很多衣架方便曬衣服。但入住時約下午6點，不知道是不是比較晚到，沒有禮賓服務。廁所馬桶沖水按鈕有問題，把手會脫落，提供的毛巾有好幾條有異味（就是毛巾沒曬乾的一種霉臭味），客服回應較慢，無法及時解決問題，所以也沒特別問，就都自己洗過再用，只是洗衣服還得自己再額外付5000韓元/次（訂房時知道有洗衣服務，但不知道要付費)，其實覺得有點貴。日常備品感覺較不足，只有廁所有衛生紙，客廳都自己購買面紙使用。”

Additionally, the reception staff struggled to communicate in English, making it difficult to address concerns or ask for assistance. Lastly, there was no daily room service provided—our room was only cleaned once during a five-night stay.
