Property is very clean, room was very comfortable, had an amazing view of Namsan and the tower a the top. Daily housekeeping was great and always resupply of bottled water. Front desk was very friendly. also helped me booking a taxi at 4 am, make it super easy for me. Will definitely stay at N285 next time I visit Seoul. "I’m puzzled by all the great reviews for this hotel. At this price range I did expect a cleaner and more maintained room. My main complaint is the cleanliness mainly in the bathroom. There were blinds in the bathroom that had such a thick layer of dust and also the gap under the window had dust too. ..."

"Our double room was great. It also had integrated fridge freezer, oven and cooker. The bathroom was very modern. The only thing is that with having the oven and cooker you would expect some cooking utensils and pots & pans - there were none. The buffet breakfast was good too. I can't really fault ..."
