Steps to a 200-foot private beach and heated pool right on the Atlantic! Adjacent to mile long and very secluded Coco Plum Beach. Great for walks along the ocean.

This very quiet, well maintained condo complex is the perfect place to chill! Located on a peaceful strip of Coco Plum Beach in Marathon, Florida Keys, Mile Marker 54.
From this location, it is convenient to Key West and all the Key's activities, water-sports, fishing, restaurants, and sightseeing. Just bring yourselves - everything else is here!

There are 4 marinas within 1/2 a mile of the condo. Marina list available upon request.

We prefer to rent Saturday-to-Saturday, 7 night minimum.

Great property and location!
Our family enjoyed a fantastic week at this condo. It was exactly as pictured and met all our needs. Lots to explore nearby in Marathon, Islamorada, Key West, etc. It was always nice to enjoy the pool after a day exploring the area. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location to stay in the Keys
Love Marathon area. This complex is located in a great spot. Community pool was clean and for the lost part quit. Unit was clean and comfortable for the 3 of us. Kitchen decently stocked and starter packs for the kitchen and bathrooms was greatly appreciated. Holli, the unit manager was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

The property manager and owner were super. Holli ensured we were good to go. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Even had beach chairs and beach umbrellas we could use. Great location, close to rest of Marathon. Wifi was a little spotty but honestly, no complaints. Was an awesome base of operation to explore the Keys. John was quick to respond to any questions and was honest. His property manager Holli was exceptional with communication. Loved it and loved having a heated, saltwater pool open to 10pm and a quiet, calm beach to watch sunrise. Highly recommend Capt Hook’s Big Pine Key snorkel charter to Looe Key Thanks John and Holli!

Loved the laid back atmosphere of Marathon and this complex. Pool was very nice. Not much of a beach here, but a really nice beach is a short drive away. Condo was just as described, everything we needed.

Overall we were impressed with the condo. The area was quiet at night. The only thing that was unclear the condition of the beach. In the pictures it shows a clear beach with clear water and plenty of room. The whole week there was so much seaweed on the beach and in the water it really wasn’t usable. There was also not much room on the beach.

Great place to just chill out and relax
We really enjoyed our stay here. Property has its own pool and beach just steps away from any unit in the coco plum property. Very low key, quite and laid back property without a ton of people which me and my family were looking for. Great restaurants and things to do just minutes away. We will definitely come back again when visiting the Keys.

Place was great! Beach & weather was gorgeous! Pool was so warm. Other guests were very nice. We would stay again. The key did not work. We had to use the key code only for the whole week, which made my husband uncomfortable. Plus the lock for the back patio door did not work either.
