This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The way the rooms were assigned felt discriminatory. I strongly advise Asian travelers not to stay at this hotel. Good place but very expensive

Great hotel!

The staff was amazing! The gentlemen at the door were so helpful with handling our luggage. They went out of their way to make sure we found our way to the train station safely.

The concierge Lucas was maybe the best part of it all. We got the 2 bedroom suite. It was huge and the aircons worked well enough (rare in Europe.
