"We didn’t stay at Le Cheval Blanc as it was closed for holidays, Hotels.com advised of a nearby chambres d’hôtes and we stayed there ‘Au clos de Charny’ which was lovely, our only problem was our room was up two flights of steep stairs. The room was spacious and clean with a large comfortable bed, a very nice shower room with a good shower. The breakfast was superb, a great choice of cheeses and charcuterie, breads, homemade jams, fresh fruit salad and yoghurt. The host is a lovely lady too."

"Einfach genial was sie aus einem alten Getreideapeicher gemacht haben. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bequeme Betten, Bad war sehr sauber. Auf jeden Fall lohnt es sich dort zu übernachten! Der Ort selbst ist auch ein Ausflug wert."

"La veille de notre arrivée avons été contactés par Hotel.com nous informons de la non disponibilité de l'hébergement. Finalement, Holistica nous a relogé à la même adresse, dans une petite pièce avec ajout de lits d'appoint et coin toilette. Le coût de l'hébergement a été réduit. Le petit déjeuner est très complet et à volonté, servi dans une belle pièce. Propriétaire accueillante."

"This hotel has been an Auberge since the middle ages and we enjoyed it as a welcome rest after a long flight. The beds were very confortable and the area was quiet. Showers were modern with lots of hot water. We strongly recommend opting in for the breakfast on the terrace which was excellent."
