Unwind on the balcony of this ninth-floor condominium at the Royal Seafarer with unsurpassed views of Marco Island's crescent beach. Furnished with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the guest bedroom, this condominium sleeps four.
Royal Seafarer amenities include heated pool, fitness room, boardwalk to the beach, tennis courts, social room, and designated covered parking spot.
The exclusive Royal Seafarer offers the perfect mid-beach location just steps from the JW Marriott Resort and Spa, great restaurants, unique shopping venues, water sport activities, and adventures!
HOA application fee $100.00

PLEASE READ MINUMUM RESERVATION IS REQUIRED FOR APPROVAL BY OWNER: Monthly rentals require a 90 day minimum reservation in season; January, February & March. If you place a reservation for less than 90 days without preapproval, we will not accept the reservation. Some owners will consider two month rentals; January & February or March & April combinations, please let us know and we will ask the owners.
NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."
