“Awesome place for family trip, very clean and comfortable. We had a clear instruction to find the key even we checked in after office hour. ”

“A beautifully presented property. Loved it. So pretty. Only thing we noticed, there was no stove or oven, if we had needed to use it. Very central location.”

“The accommodation was well presented but I felt that for the exorbitant price for one night, things like shampoo and conditioner, Atleast 500ml if milk and a variety of teas should be standard. Having to wash dishes outside made it feel like I was camping. ”

“good spot for families, close to beach, pool facilities available-shame not all of it were available though, house was in good condition and well maintained. The location of particular house was not as it seemed to be right across from beach as it looked in the pictures so that was disappointing. Otherwise we were happy with the facility.”

“Well, where do I start!! *First of all, the last thing you want to be doing when arriving somewhere on a break is to be making up beds. Having the beds made up and having other "normal" linen provided (towels) costs another 33 per night. Is this a STAYZ normal thing? If so, it is absolutely ridiculous. *The bedrooms are very very hot and there is only one wall mounted airconditioner in the main living area. The kitchen window badly needs a blind (anything in fact) to stop the afternoon sun……

“Overall a lovely weekend, discovering Augusta and the local history and characters was wonderful. The only blemish was the mould smelling from the kitchen sink cupboards which I realised was due to the tap leaking badly when turned on and flooding behind the cabinets! Please replace that tap immediately, not sure what you can do about the mould now?”
