Super big room and bathroom. Located slightly further from city centre but still walkable. Very convenient to access funicular to top of Innsbruck. Home has a great view of the alps and felt really safe!

This is one of the best stays and experiences. I highly recommend and we look forward to staying again. The staff were exceptional! The hotel is well situated, well designed and maintained. The spa was serene and clean. There is a lot to do just at the resort without needing to step out. Overall a wonderful experience.

"Overall good. Great location. Checkin was ok. Do the precheckin, it makes the experience easier. We didn't and I did not realize I had recieved the mail for it. We had to call and wait in the queue for a bit before we could be helped. No a/c is terrible in a heat wave."

Was only disappointed because I was led to believe at booking that I would have a bathtub and a pullout sofa in each of my two rooms, and we had none.
