“Kleines feines gemütliches Apartment. Was mich sehr gestört hat war dass die Haustür nur mit einem lauten Knall zu ging und das Haus sehr hellhörig war. Außerdem war an Ruhe und Entspannung nicht zu denken da, im Flur, ein Kommen und Gehen war. Eher eine Unterkunft für Monteure statt Urlaubsgäste. ”

“Der Kontakt im Vorfeld war schon sehr herzlich, alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet.Bei der Ferienwohnung mangelt es an gar nichts,sie ist Top ausgestattet, sogar Kaffeepads für die Senseo Kaffeemaschiene und eine Heißluftfriteuse.Wlan ist auch vorhanden.Betten waren frisch bezogen und im Bad genügend Handtücher vorhanden.Man hat einen eigenen Eingang und einen Parkplatz vor der Tür.Die Wohnung liegt in der 1.Etage.Den Wald für unseren Hundespaziergang erreichten wir in 1 Minute.Sehr ruhig……

“Ungeeignet für Familien und vor allem Augenwischerei bei der Buchung, die Fotos stimmen teilweise nicht überein. Man bucht hier das Haus Nummer 70, welches das Büro des Vermieters ist. Das Gebäudefoto ist von Hausnummer 68, welches aber 3 Wohnungen beinhaltet. Man selbst kommt dann in Hausnummer 68a, welches ein eigenständiges Haus ist. Hier gibt es sehr viele Mängel. Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern vor Ort. Überall defekte Sachen, schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Lampen kaputt, Wände von……

“Der Garten und der Innenhof waren für unseren Hund super, da er dort frei laufen konnte. Gut eingerichtete Küche, sehr nette Vermieterin, ruhige Nebenstrasse. Zuviele Verbote für Hunde in Norddeich und Umgebung. Das liegt aber nicht in der Verantwortung der Ferienwohnungsvermieter.”

“Eigentlich eine schöne grosse Wohnung mit funktionaler Ausstattung. Der kleine Balkon ist ein Plus. Leider ist die Küche sehr klein und schlecht ausgestattet. Wer nur eine Bleibe zum Schlafen sucht ist hier richtig. Aber Kochen und Abwaschen macht hier keinen Spass.”
