The experience was lovely. The hotel is like no other I’ve stayed in before. I highly recommend this especially if you like unique hotels. Location is fantastic with so many restaurants and around the corner from the cathedral and Alcázar. Very pleased with everything. Staff were super friendly and professional. 5 star for sure!!

Our room was very clean and comfortable, the location was great, and the hotel is very charming. The Concierge and check-in staff were friendly, helpful and personable, and provided great recommendations for restaurants and arranged a taxi* for us during our departure. Unfortunately, the staff who helped us during breakfast service was an unexpected disappointment. While the breakfast was delicious and selection was decent, the staff members who helped us were not friendly, almost rude. One of them made a snide comment when we requested a breakfast item, which completely took us by surprise. *One thing to note - the hotel location is in a walk-only neighborhood (no car access) with very narrow streets so if you have a lot of luggage, be prepared to walk with all of it for a while as you meander the streets and search for the hotel.

We had to move hotels because of availability and found Gravina 51 at the last minute. We feel so lucky to have found them! From the first greeting from Manon, clear through the remainder of our stay, we couldn’t have felt more taken care of. It became our oasis in Seville. The staff was incredibly helpful with great recommendations during our stay, the room was amazing, and the no detail went unnoticed—linens, glassware, decor, lighting—everything was superb! And close to old town?!? Who could ask for more? We couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough. We are telling anyone we know who are going to Seville to book here. Bravo!
