Room nice, pool area unloved needed cleaning, green in the edges at the bottom, sunbeds no cushions, and dirty, breakfast tables outside dirty needed cleaning. Overall felt unloved but it is in a very good location

Enjoyed our stay here

Great value for money with spacious modern rooms. The standards of cleanliness weren’t great - lots of dust in bedside cabinets - but it didn’t deter from our enjoyment. Breakfast was a welcome bonus. Beach club & shuttle service were excellent!

An good yet occasionally disappointing hotel.

In general the Sarigerme Inn was a very pleasant stay. It was a 20 min walk to the public beach and it had its very own pool which you could go that was very pleasant in the scorching weather. The rooms were also a nice switch up from the classic resort style rooms and were nice and clean. and it was just generally a very nice location due to the fact that it wasn't right next to the centre so at night it was very quiet. That being said, we had a couple of inconveniences. For one, the breakfast was less than amazing, it was just very bare bones. As well as this, the WiFi wasn't great. The thing that stuck out like a sore thumb however was the service. While we arrived very late on the first night due to travelling by bus, we were greeted by a man who was very helpful, however, we were given the wrong room, instead of a triple room, we were given a room with a double bed and single bed. While this was fine as it was mostly the same to us, we were less impressed by the woman that was sitting in the receptionist area quite frequently. When coming to her, she would just tell you to come later and not address any problems you had or queries either and gave very point blank answers. I definitely hope they can improve in this regard. I would also like to apologise to the hotel for being a bit too loud, generally this was a hotel for families so as a group of three guys we stayed up quite late and caused an inconvenience. I hope that this hotel will improve but overall, worth a stay!

Das Hotel ist ok für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war an sich ok, nur im Bad gäbe es einiges zu reparieren. Sauberkeit war an sich auch ok. Betten wurden nicht gemacht. Frühstück war ausreichend. Allerdings sollte man nicht pünktlich um 8 Uhr zu Beginn aufschlagen…Man muss dann ggf. noch eine ganze Weile warten bis das volle Buffet oder gar Teller vorhanden sind. Das Personal versteht nur teilweise englisch. Ggf muss man sich mithilfe eines übersetzubgsprogramms verständigen. Gewisse Dinge wurden uns nicht beim einchecken mitgeteilt und die Indio stand auch nirgends, was dann durchaus zu Turbulenzen führte. Hier müsste das Personal wirklich noch fitter werden. Wenn man deutsche Ansprüche an Personal und Hotel hat wird es schwierig. Für einen Kurztripp kann man hier schon mal absteigen.

Ich empfehle dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall. Wir waren vor 2 Jahren schonmal dort, da war alles wundervoll, aber dieses Jahr war es schrecklich. Die Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt, für Klopapier musste man betteln, genauso wurden die Handtücher nicht gewechselt. Das Hotel wird von Jugendlichen, also sehr unproffessionell geführt. Wir werden nie wieder hingehen!

Otel konsepti çok güzel, odalar konforlu ve yeterli büyüklükte tek eksiği balkonlarda sinekllik yok kapıları açık bırakamıyorsunuz. Kahvaltı daha güzel olabilir.

Temizlik

Otelin temizliği ve haşereyle mücadele konularında eksikleri var. Sineğinden örümceğine ve en kötüsü kulağakaçan dediğimiz tiksindirici şeye kadar börtü böcekle yaşadık. Evet kasaba köy anladık ama bir sineklik de mi koyulmaz balkon kapısına? Balkonda aylardır temizlenmediği belli olan kocaman örümcek ağları var. Kahvaltısı da vasat. Yani aç kalmıyorsunuz ama kahvaltı keyfi yapamazsınız, açık büfe olmaması değil kastım elbette, biraz çeşitlilik biraz tazelik. Ayrıca oda temizliği servisi biraz tuhaf, temizlik isteyip istemediğiniz sorulmuyor, 3 günde 1 temizlik yapılıyor, kapıya temizlik istemiyorum veya her gün istiyorum diye bildiri asamıyorsunuz. Dışarıdan güzel görünüyor ki tasarım mimari vs gayet iyi ancak hizmet konusu eksik kalmış. Öneremedik, en başta içimiz çok ısınmıştı oysa, 4 gece kaldık.

Leider hat sich die Unterkunft am Vorabend des gebuchten Zeitraumes gemeldet und uns mitgeteilt das das Hotel wegen technischer Probleme nicht zur Verfügung steht. Es würde früher als geplant schließen. Man wollte uns dann ein deutlich niedriger bewertetes, bei weitem nicht so schönes Hotel die Strasse runter unterjubeln. Das haben wir abgelehnt und das Geld zurückverlangt. Das hat die Unterkunft aber vehement abgelehnt. Wir haben 2 Tage lang hin und her geschrieben. Während dieser Zeit war das Hotel auf verschiedenen Seiten weiter hin buchbar, jedoch zu einem fast doppelt so hohen Preis wie wir bezahlt hatten. Wir vermuten hier Betrug und warnen vor dem Sarigerme Inn.
