“The initial communication was good. However the property has issues that need to be addressed: mold in the basement, a syringe was found above a ceiling fan when the handyman came to service it. “While we were glad to find a place to stay that would accommodate our family for a reasonable price, we were disappointed in the cleanliness and overall property management. The sewer backed up in the basement, spilling into the carpet of the bedroom where people were sleeping. We contacted the host who did respond in a timely way but said he’d look into it after we left.
