- Exceptional 3 or 4 bedroom villa, in a private residence Apple Garden, eastern sector Palmeraie, 15km from the center of Marrakech. Without vis-à-vis, calm assured. Fully equipped. Second home of French owners.
Optional heated swimming pool, bowling green, large garden, patio, roof top with beautiful views of the Atlas, this villa is south facing for perfect sunshine. Free parking for several vehicles.
Located on the road to Fez near Marrakech and a small village with all amenities. Road to Fez in 4 lanes, recently redone. 20 minutes drive from the Medina.
This villa is perfect for families and groups of 2 to 8 people.
