Everything was good and you feel welcomed by a member of the family. Very friendly staff. Nice room and, most importantly, this boutique hotel is very close to the airport. One piece of advice for the staff: double-check that requests made by customers are followed.

The hotel itself is very comfortable, the staff very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was perfect. I recommend it. Just the activities are not a simple walking distance.

The room was clean, staff was very friendly & accommodating. The hotel was a beautiful traditional Moroccan Riad, which was just what I was looking for. It was very close to the airport and just a quick 10-15 minute ride to the local attractions. They recommended a camel ride/day excursion, which was excellent, highly recommend. I would like to thank everyone there for welcoming me and making my trip pleasurable.

It was a gorgeous bed and breakfast/spa. The staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and spa services were exceptional and well priced. I felt very pampered. Highly recommend this Riad!!!

I had a wonderful stay at the RAM. The owners and staff were beyond gracious. My only complaint was that all of my correspondence was in French and I don’t speak French. I don’t know if the hotel was at fault or Expedia??? I would stay again, it was very charming and convenient to the airport if you arrive late or have an early morning departure.

They had everything under control. The hotel did a great job of picking us up from the airport and taking care of us until we checked in. Our rooms were ready when we arrived, and everything was spotless and well prepared. In the morning, the owner personally served us breakfast and provided excellent, friendly service. We were only staying for one night before continuing our journey, and it was the perfect choice for an overnight stay. The hotel is just a 5-minute drive from the airport.

Staff cannot do enough to ensure comfort and calm. Sourced onwards taxi quote and drew me a map to local shop! Room absolutely spotless - fantastic nights sleep. Prepared a tasty omelette when my incoming friend’s plane was delayed and she reached hotel later than expected. Gorgeous sofas and marquetry in reception area.

Room was very beautiful. Actual name of hotel is Riad Airport Marrakesh not RAM and the directions say the RAM hotel is next to this one when it is actually the same. We had no hot water for a shower in the morning and no lights in the hallways or stairs so difficult to maneuver suitcases. Also description says there is an airport shuttle but there is not one - they arrange a taxi you pay for.

Notre trop court séjour à l'hôtel boutique RAM a été des plus agréables. Nous avons été accueillis avec sollicitude. L'endroit était magnifique, tout comme notre chambre et les autres pièces de la maison/hôtel. La nuit passée à l'hôtel nous a permis de nous reposer dans le calme après plusieurs jours à bourlinguer dans différentes villes au Maroc. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner nous a été servi avec courtoisie, et il était délicieux. Bref, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à l'hôtel. Nous ne manquerons pas d'y retourner lors de notre prochain séjour à Marrakech. Au plaisir,
