Ottimo Riad ad appena 5 minuti a piedi da piazza El Fna. Accoglienza professionale. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Camera piccola ma accogliente e pulita. La colazione sul terrazzo con vista sui tetti di Marrakesh è incomparabile. Consigliatissimo il servizio di transfert dall’aeroporto: con soli 20 euro vi verranno ad aspettare all’uscita del terminal e giunti in città ci sarà l’addetto della reception che vi aspetta per prendervi i bagagli e accompagnarvi nel Riad evitando di perdervi nel labirinto di viuzze. Consigliatissimo e da ritornarci assolutamente qualora tornassimo a Marrakech.

Best little Riad in heart of marrakech

The best customer service and hospitality. When we arrived we were greeted with Moroccan tea and cookies and felt instantly at home. Each and every single staff member including the manager made sure we were comfortable at all times during our stay. The Riad itself was very clean, the location was perfect in the middle of the medina. There is a catch, there are no cars allowed inside the medina so it can be a 10 min walk with luggage to the hotel, but that is the case for most riads inside the medina.

De riad ligt in de Medina. Echt een aanrader om het oude Marrakech te ervaren. De riad is klein maar juist daardoor een aanrader. Ontbijt is super, de kamer niet heel groot maar super schoon. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en wil je bij alles helpen.

Unsere Unterkunft befand sich im Erdgeschoss am Innenhof wo auch die Rezeption ist. Insgesamt sehr laut. Die Zimmer sind schmal und lang und unpraktisch. Das Badezimmer ist sehr gut. Das "Badebecken" liegt in der Mitte des Innenhos und ist ohne Zuschauer nicht nutzbar. Das Frühstück bekommt die Note befriedigend. Das Personal ist nett und kompetent,alles sehr sauber und nett gehalten.

Had a great stay at this lovely riad in Marrakech! It is tucked down an alley in the Médina, but very close walk to the main square. The staff was amazing throughout the stay- from check-in, to complimentary breakfast, helping book tours and airport transfers. We felt very safe during this stay. Rooms are very small and cozy, so definitely enjoy sitting in the lush lobby or up on the rooftop!

Das Riad liegt super zentral und man kommt schnell von A nach B. Das Riad ist wunderschön und hat eine tolle Terrasse! Unser Zimmer war sehr klein aber fein.

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Riad, welches direkt in der Nähe vom großen Markt ist (5min Fußweg). Die Zimmer sind richtig süß, wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer da wir zu dritt waren. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist super. Es gab jeden Tag etwas anderes süßes.

Not the gold standard yet but picturesque

It was quite cold in our room when we arrived and the wifi was a bit slow sometimes. Staff bent the truth when we asked why our room looks so different from the pictures of the one we booked. Breakfast was okay. The mojito was middle class only. The mattress of the bed was very hard. However, we had a great stay in this picturesque riad and all the staff including their manager were very welcoming, friendly and considerate and did everything within their power to make our stay unforgettable. The fireplaces are decoration only and cannot be used which we regretted due to the cold, but they brought us an electric heater instead (in addition to the air conditioning that can also be used as a heating). There is still some room for improvement but as the hotel has existed for 8 months only we are indulgent and they are headed in the right direction. The 360 degree view from the rooftop terrace is breathtaking. Airport shuttle to and from the airport which I booked by email worked trouble-free.

Riad plein de charme, en plein coeur de la Medina

Le riad est vraiment très joliment décoré. Le personnel est accueillant et attentionné. Nous avons connu quelques problèmes techniques au niveau de la climatisation d'une des deux chambres que nous avions réservé. Le personnel du riad a tout fait pour nous assurer un séjour confortable et agréable.
