Poor standards throughout the hotel and whilst there many staff the level of competence is minimal The All Inclusive package is laughable - being forced to sit outside to have a drink from the Bar sums it up

I truly enjoyed my stayed. The interior designs are beautiful, the staff are so nice & welcoming. The only issue that might need improvement is at least they should provide a hair dryer in the washroom. Other than that all are great especially the buffet breakfasts.
