A beautiful, quiet, bright artist's apartment. South-facing balcony, air conditioning.

  • My apartment is a two-bedroom (T3) on the top floor of a well-maintained building with an elevator. It's 65 square meters with a 20-square-meter terrace. You'll enjoy unobstructed views, sunshine, and peace and quiet. I'm a painter, and this is my main residence—a true haven of peace in this large city. It has two bedrooms, fiber optic internet, and air conditioning. It's close to all amenities: Franprix supermarket, shops, a cinema, a swimming pool, a stadium, and a playground. The tram is right outside, and the metro is a 10-minute walk away. Longchamp Park is also 10 minutes away.
