Very convenient location, helpful staff. The unit itself (#504) could use some updating. The carpeting is loose/has big wrinkles in it and the living room furniture is not very comfortable. The mattress in the sofa sleeper is well past its prime. There was a foam topper on it which helped a little, but it’s not very comfortable. The king mattress is also in need of replacement. Overall, the condo fit our needs very well for our ocean city stay. Please note that there are very limited supplies at the condo (paper towel, shampoo, etc), so plan to bring shampoo, condition, something to clean the kitchen counters with, etc. if you plan to use the dishwasher more than twice or the washer more than twice you will need to bring detergent.

I am not sure where to start. Its more like a room in a house and its very dates. There was how ever a small refrigerator in the room. The beds and pillows are not the Hilton. But you get what you pay for. The parking is very very tight and can be challenging to squeeze into. The staff are very helpful and they did change out towels and trash.

The Grand is a pretty great hotel. It’s right on the boardwalk between 21st and 22nd streets which is great. Plenty of restaurants and bars. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Only downside is the bathroom is incredibly small and there is no fan. The bathroom is also a little dated which would explain the lack of fan. I would also recommend getting bigger tvs since the rest of the room is good size the 40 inch tv looks tiny on that long wall. Other than that I would recommend The Grand and would stay there again.
