"This is actually a good place, but it lacks renovations, and there are little holes here and there obviously allowing pests to come in. We had giant roaches(!) in one of the bathrooms for two consecutive nights with the host not doing anything about them, so that we moved out. Needless to say: we want our money back."

The road from Bellefontaine, even though it is steep, is no problem at all. We drove a Citroën C1 automatic. Automatic gear is recomended! "I would definitely recommend this villa as a place to stay when looking to experience Martinique. The photos and description are good representations of the property; both Tania (the host) and Marie Ange (the support on property) are responsive, helpful and very nice to deal with. Both Le Francois and Vauclin are short drives and have everything you need. Beautiful beaches like Les Salines and St Anne are easy drives to the south and Tartane is an easy drive to the north. "

"Pool area was great but for the first, three days, there was green algae on the bottom of the pool. That should have been addressed prior to our arrival. House was clean and well-equipped. Garden around house was not maintained well. "
