She never smiled and only bad mouthed the computers and card readers at the the front desk. The keys were not programmed properly so had to see the unfriendly lady again. She was even worse the 2nd time. Once I gained access to my room, the a/c didn’t work and the shower was filthy. Didn’t inform anyone that it was a crime scene beforehand. Rooms were filthy. The lobby area was clean, but they chose to clean carpets overnight in the breakfast area; the floor was still wet the next morning & at least one person fell down. The rooms were barely adequate; with very old linens, thin towels, laminate floors instead of carpet, etc. Basically, I would not expect Quality Inn to continue to carry this facility. I would not recommend it on Expedia or any other social media. This place and our room was DISGUSTING. Do yourself a favor and do not ignore the bad reviews like we did. Went to the front desk to let them know that we only had one washcloth and they gave me a hand towel and said that was all she had. Dead bugs in the room. Ice bucket was not clean and was dirty on the outside. The pool was not well kept. It looked as if it needed some refinished. when you sit on the toilet and got up it moved. Nothing was mentioned to the front office since they didn't like it when I told them I was without a washcloth.
