On the mezzanine floor there are two verandas, one at the entrance of the kitchen and the other adjacent to the bedroom.
The house is located 250m away. from a lido equipped with bar-restaurant and nearby there are also a pizzeria and bar. The center is 1.3 km away. but it is easily accessible via the cycle path.
