The saying goes you get what you pay for and in this case that’s pretty much it. We were basically only going to be sleeping in the room. The pool areas was nice and clean. The staff was as helpful as they could be. The room itself wasn’t terrible but definitely could use a good deep cleaning and bedding changed regularly. Found little hairs in the bedding looks like maybe bedding wasn’t changed before we checked in from prior people. All in all just needing to sleep somewhere it was ok.

I called the property to let them know we would be arriving really late after a concert and to make sure that our room was reserved. I was assured that I would have a room. They never mentioned they were going to run my card prior to my arrival and I keep that card locked. After the concert, we drove to the hotel and lo and behold they attempted to run the card. It was denied. Nobody reached out to me. Nobody contacted me, but they did rent our room, and we slept in the car in the parking lot. so that was fun.

The hallways were muddy. The entire property smelled Terrible. The room was dirty. We turned around and left immediately after seeing the room. There is no way I would have my family spend the night at that place!

The whole hotel was very dirty. Alot of areas in the room itself had not been cleaned in a long time. The floors in the hallway were so dirty. I only saw the 2 staff members the whole time i was there. There were never any towels in the pool area.

The breakfast was good. I liked the waffle maker. The room could have been cleaner but it was comfy and the right price. The pool was nice and cool. Very relaxing after walking around downtown Columbus all day. Wish there was a hot tub. I'd give 5 stars if there was a hot tub.

There was no security. Anyone could enter through side doors without a key card. There was no hand soap at the sink; no cups or supplies for coffee or tea in the room. They ran out of eggs at breakfast at about 8:10 am even though breakfast didn’t end until 9. I had to ask for more eggs, which took 15 minutes. They tasted awful. The soda and vending machines were out of order. I could hear the people in the room above me getting in and out of bed and walking around for several hours. The water in the shower was scalding hot alternating with bursts of cold. It was mot a pleasant stay.
