“We loved that the property had a balcony and that the parking was private. You do have to pay for the parking garage but it is not bad. The fact that there was a washing machine and a dryer was great as well especially since we stayed for 5 days total and had our children with us. The kitchen was easy to cook on even though the pots and pans were a little outdated or overused. The trash was easy. Overall, if we were to come back to Virginia to visit D.C we would definitely stay here again.

“The host were very communicative, which was nice. The area the rental was located had a married college dorm vibe to it. Wasn't horrible, but the conditions of the apartments noticably deteriorated as you drove through the area. The upgrades made in the facility were nice. “The Room was very clean, Made us feel at home. Had just about everything we needed but anything we didn’t have we were able to get with a quick trip to Walmart. It is on an intersection so it can be a little noisy at nights or in the early morning with cars driving by but my fiance really enjoyed his birthday stay here!”

Lots of thoughtful planning went into equipping this space, from extra electronics cords to scissors and tape to Band-Aids; they've got all the bases covered.
