“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“We had a very good experience staying San Leonardo Suites in Verona. The hotel locates at the skirt of the old town. It's just few steps from the river. It's new, modern, clean and energy efficient. We loved everything about the hotel. Verona is such a beautiful city and I hope to come back visit someday. We will definitely choose this hotel again if we are back in the future.”
