Only downside is really the location: it is a bit in a remote area , quite far away from the city centre. All the rest is faultless: a fort and a park around the corner, plus a mini supermarket nearby. Otherwise Hotel itself was spotless and rather quiet, and the studio spacious and clean.

A beautiful hotel with very nice staff in an excellent location in Lyon. However my sheets were dirty with hair & old stains they had not been changed. No apology offered by housekeeping. This was not acceptable

The minute we walked in my wife tried to close the bathroom door and a piece of metal fell on her head. They gave us another room. Other than that, everything else was fine. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room they gave us was comfortable enough.
