"The location was great. I had a room facing the Northern Lights Cathedral which got nice views with the northern lights one night. The room was comfortable and a good size for one. Staff were very helpful, however sometimes during busy periods it took a long time to just purchase a bottle of water. The breakfast was good and varied and if purchased at the hotel cheaper than what was charged when booking. The local bus stop is 100m from the hotel so it was cheap and easy to get from the airport to the hotel. There were two nights that the restaurant was closed due to functions that wasn’t communicated to guests. Besides all of that, an excellent hotel in a great location!"
