"The stay at Grand Cafe Hotel was unpleasant , check-in was pretty easy but after a long road trip, all you expect is more attention on helping the guests as carrying the luggage to the room, I couldn’t find anyone who could help me so I did it myself. I called room service for basic supplies as Water (since you can’t find in the room) the answer I got is to go down and get it.
