It is located on the 2nd floor of a residence with an elevator (accessible from the basement or a few steps to reach the entrance of the building). Situated close to the beach and the port. Equipped for 4 people, it includes a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a cabin bedroom (without window) with 2 single beds, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a large rooftop terrace, and private parking at the rear of the residence without designated spaces. Highlights: washing machine, flat-screen TV, large terrace, parking, beautiful view. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Single sheets : 10.0 € Per stay . The seaside resort of Carnon-Plage is the closest resort to Montpellier (13 km, about a 15-minute drive). It is a family-friendly resort with 7 km of fine sandy beaches stretching from the port of Carnon to La Grande-Motte, where you will find numerous activities. You can also find shops and restaurants along the beach or at the port. Local markets are held three times a week during the summer season, and a craft market is present at the port every Wednesday. The property is ideally located between the port and the beach, with a view of the gardens.
