About this property

You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Watershed - Lake Karapiro

Our house has an attached guest suite and is located two minutes walk from the lake and Don Rowlands centre, licenced Podium Cafe and boat ramp .You cannot get closer. The accommodation is an entire wing that has two bedrooms both with ensuites , a lounge area and kitchenette which opens on to deck with a bbq. One room has a King double bed and the other has two king singles. There is a double sofabed and a single bed in the lounge which gives us the ability to sleep six. There is a separate toilet and hand basin etc.
Extras: Cleaning fee: $50. Tea, Coffee etc and linens provided.

Short but comfortable stay
Judy was a wonderful host. She was very quick to respond to inquiries. The house was warm and inviting when we arrived. She even had several delicious breakfast items for us. Unfortunately we only had time to stay for one night. We would definitely stay again if we return to the area.

Best place to stay for events at Karapiro / Cambridge
We loved staying in such a beautiful setting, just across the road from Mighty River Domain. So handy for the Long Course Weekend events. Easy drive into Cambridge too. Beds were very comfy, everything was meticulously clean and the breakfast provisions and yummy treats were greatly appreciated.

Beautiful setting and manicured gardens, super new appliances, clean and tastefully appointed. Well stocked kitchen as far as utensils, comfortable beds with nice touches of items like coffee, jam/spreads and bread. Holiday type feel.

Home base for Waitomo and Hobbiton
Super clean and quiet guest suite very close to Cambridge, easy access to Waitomo glowworm cave, the Shire, and more. Judy was extremely friendly and helpful, she even called in to the restaurant we had selected to ensure we had a table. Accommodation was comfortable and well-appointed, everything you'd need in the kitchenette--including continental breakfast fixings. Wish we'd been able to stay longer and enjoy the private porch and beautifully manicured yard, would definitely stay here again!

Great accomodation!
A great location, close tot Hamilton, at walking distance away from Lake Karapiro. Very comfortable beds, rooms with separate showers and functional kitchen with nicely replenished basics like cereals, coffee. Judy is a very pleasant host, easy to communicate with and always available for help.
