"Our room was dirty and outdated . We had sand for toilet water last two days . No one showed us around to help know how to navigate. It was to big of a resort for that . We had no idea how to really use our all-inclusive, which was really sad. The pictures are not what the hotel looks like. It could seriously see some upkeep. The beach was super close and awesome. The 5 pools we found out the 8 were dirty and trash and debri floating for two days before they sorta cleaned them ."
