The room and hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast had great options, but the staff was amazing. The check in staff was friendly, supportive and professional in making sure are needs where met after a long drive. the housekeeping staff gave us some assistance with requests. staff w bkfst did a great job and checkout staff was friendly and supportive w a number of guests. The hotel, room and food where great but the STAFF WAS EXCELLENT and I highly recommend this stay because they showed made us feel welcomed, supported and at ease. We will stay here again when going through Toledo.👍5⭐

Nice place. However, they need to mark their place better (name on building would help). It's hard to find them late at night.

The property was just average. Had a scent of curry to me, the rooms are average, the bed was uncomfortable for me, the only coffee in the room was decaf, the receptionist was unfamiliar with the area and unable to provide us any information on location of grocery stores or restaurants. Would I recommend it? Only if you got an amazing deal on it, I'm sure for that price point you could find something better.

The rooms were clean and modern. The pillows were comfortable, and the shower was nice. Our room did not have an iron or a coffee maker. Front desk did not explain the amenities such as snacks or coffee when we checked in. They seemed very poorly staffed. Even when we asked for a clothes iron, it was never brought up. Private beach access was advertised, but they did not have an on-site private beach. The extent of scenery was the lake across the street. Our room looked out into the parking lot. The closest public beach was an 8-minute drive away. That would have been okay if we weren't expecting an on-site beach, as advertised. Also, the hotel restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, which was not what we expected.
