"I will never stay at the western inn and suites in Osage, Iowa again. The people that was running the hotel weren't friendly at all. "For a small city this hotel does great with lemonade and coffee in lobby at all hours. plus they even had snacks left like pb &j in lounge and some fruits. i enjoyed it. i even got into the hot tub at 10 pm to relax for the evening. the cleaning crew was great to. highly recommend if you stay in ..."
