“This cute little cottage was exactly as pictured. It was clean and comfortable for 2 adults and our small dog. The location was perfect for us as we spent our time in Presque Isle. It is right beside Waldameer, but we were not disturbed by any loud noise. Enjoyed the evening fireworks. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Honestly, when we walked into this house, we almost felt like we were walking into our home. Everything was neat and tidy, and smelled fresh. The beds were so comfortable and not once did we get that yuck feeling anywhere in the home. If we find ourselves returning to Presque Isle, we would most definitely try to rent the same house. “Great location. It was clean for the most part. However there were a lot of gnats which was irritating. It only had one window AC for the entire unit and we were there during a heat wave which didn't help. The AC worked fine, but the unit is probably just a bit too large for a single window AC. Otherwise the unit is as advertised and the landlord was good about keeping in touch and offered recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Overall a good value for the cost and it is a short……

“Lovely house with easy access to drive to Preque Isle park or downtown, easy parking. It was spacious and clean, and we loved the list of recommendations the host had left, although sadly didn't have time to try many as we were only stopping through for a night. The hosts were super responsive, kind and accommodating.”

“A perfect house for a girls getaway trip! A very short Uber ride to the Bay Area and many restaurants and attractions. Coffee, shops, and other stores within walking distance. The house itself was great. Will definitely book again!!”

“The home itself was clean, nicely remodeled, and well-equipped with the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.However, I found parts of the listing very misleading. The photos prominently feature the beach, and the description states that the property is "just steps from Kelso Beach." While the property is near the lake, there is no direct beach access from the home. Reaching Kelso Beach requires about a 20-minute walk through a residential neighborhood.The listing also mentions watching……

“This property was well suited for our first visit to Erie. The apartment is clean, bright, and had plenty of space for us and our dog. Admittedly, we didn't take advantage of the two TVs or cooking (we did a lot of exploring / outdoor time). The furniture was comfortable and the large bed was relaxing after a long day. The neighborhood is quiet and the short walk to a park and ice cream stand was a treat. Melody is quick to respond to any questions or to offer assistance and check-in/-out……
