"We booked this hotel specifically to use the hot tub after a long day of biking. The hot tub was drained. I hate paying for amenities that aren’t available. The pool area looked dark and dingy anyway. The hallways, rooms (especially bathroom) were dirty. The hallways stunk and the bathroom was moldy. ..."
