"Lovely stay. The location is amazing, not only on a lake, but right across the road from the golf course. Fantastic layout in the home, spacious and plenty of bedrooms and separate and together spaces. The best neighbors here, they are a delight. Early morning sunrise and watching all the wild life in the lake is so peaceful.The Garden of the Gods is a must see.The hostess/host are wonderful. "

"We loved Black Bear Cabin and would definitely stay again! The place was absolutely spotless and had everything we could need, plus some extra touches like K-cups and creamer for our morning coffee. There are games and books, and the game room has tons of fun things to do. Miranda was very responsive and even had the AC going for us when we arrived on a 90-degree day! We will stay again."

"This house was perfect for our family of 7- all adults. There was plenty of space and the floor plan was great to allow everyone their own space as needed. We have rented many houses, condos, cabins and this was the first to have some food items on hand in case we needed it. The only thing I would suggest is to bring any plastic bowls with lids that you might need. With 7 of us, we did need them. However, Dollar General isn’t far and it is cheap. We greatly enjoyed our stay and this is definitely on our list for future trips. "

"Beautiful quiet area, enjoyed the hot tubafter a day of exploring the area. Thw weather had s ow but roads were cleared pretty quick. The house was very homey feeling you walk in and felt like home!!"
