Cute and convenient
Great location for walking downtown McMinn, super close to everything. Pictures are accurate, very cute and comfortable place. Kitchen is well stocked as well!

Exactly as Expected
The owners of this property have done a great job for themselves. This property is easily the #1 in its price-range for its location. Extremely clean & comfortable. The stairs are pretty steep and on the narrow side so anyone with mobility issues should consider another property, it’s definitely not wheelchair friendly. With that aside, my wife and I loved our stay and will definitely be staying there again.

Long Weekend in McMinnville
We had such an amazing stay in McMinnville at our spacious, super cute and cozy “Half-Pint” Farmhouse. It was in the perfect location, and just steps to everything in downtown McMinnville. Our host, Sarita, had made some amazing recommendations for dining and wineries… they were all on point! We loved our time here and can’t wait til we return. Great place, very close to town
This little farmhouse is so cute! It's decorated so nicely, very clean, and has a good amount of space. It is really close to downtown and walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and wine tasting. The area itself can be a bit noisy, sirens and loud cars driving by but a sound machine is provided as well. This is a great property, well maintained, and Id recommend it for sure!!!

Long on "cute" cow and farm decor, short on functionality and comfort. Sloppy, outsourced housekeeping, missing supplies make experience sub-par. Steep, twisting open stairway, lacks handrail , making trip to first floor bathroom an accident/lawsuit waiting to happen.

Great stay
Perfect location to explore McMinnville. Very easy to walk to restaurants, wine tasting rooms, and coffee shops. We stayed during the hottest part of mid-August, and the air conditioner managed to keep the place cool and comfortable. The only thing I didn't love was that the bed was quite squeaky. If one of us rolled over during the night, it usually woke the other one up.

Perfect stay in McMinnville!
The half-pint is as cute in person as the pictures show! Easy walk to 3rd St with many dining options and a few tasting rooms as well. It was roomy enough for 2 adults to spread out! Cute little kitchen, sitting area and spacious bath bow stairs, large bedroom/living area upstairs. Also a cute balcony with sitting area amongst the trees. Charming!

Perfect little getaway
Beautiful place with fantastic character. Easy to access, no issues with anything at all. This place was very well equipped and comfortable. The upstairs outdoor space was an added bonus. Would very much recommend staying here.

Came to town for a wedding for three nights. Great location with short walk to Main Street with shops and restaurants. The farmhouse was perfect for our stay with many amenities and a comfy bed. Would stay here again.

Great location and cute place
We had a great time at the Half Pint Farmhouse. Prefect location to walk to historic McMinnville with restaurants and wine tastings. We walked to the big public park and Linfield University. The Conservatory Bar is super close and a great spot for food and specialty cocktails. We also cooked a meal in and enjoyed the patio. Overall, nice place and vintage farmhouse decor.

I'll Be Back
The "half-pint farmhouse" was clean and well equip'ed. The location is excellent - walking distance to restaurants and shops. It has private parking in a driveway directly in front. The downstairs bath and stairway may not be ideal for some but the considering everything else it was not an issue. I recommend this place and look forward to staying there again.

Great Property and Great Experience
We booked the half-pint Farmhouse for two days so we could enjoy a few days in McMinnville while waiting for a pending move to the area. We found this VRBO to be exactly how it was advertised and more. We enjoyed great communication with the owners, the property was clean, neat and well equipped. The location was excellent and within a block of the historic downtown district. We enjoyed nearby restaurants and coffee shops. The decor was comfortable and quaint. There is clearly a pride in ownership and in my discussion with the property owner I learned that they had invested significant time and resources to update the property. We would definitely stay at the half-pint farmhouse again in the future. It was also a good value.

Enjoyed the interior design and decor. Eventually figured out TV, stairs were a bit of a challenge due to my physical condition but I was always successful. A handrail on outside wall would help. In general we thought it was a lovely place to stay!

Loving Half Pint
Half Pint's location was within walking distance of McMinnville's downtown historic district filled with shops, restaurants, breweries, and wine tasting shops. The property was decorated just as shown in the pictures. It was exceptionally clean and was a perfect home base for exploring the Willamette Valley. Our hosts were most accommodating in every way. Our month long stay could not have been any better!

I can’t express enough how cute this place is. Joanna Gaines would be proud! The location is a short walk to Main Street. They include tasting room coupons to save you money. Super clean and smelled amazing! I only have a couple caveats: the bathroom is downstairs and the bedroom is upstairs and those stairs are tricky. Walk carefully. Also, the location is awesome, but the back balcony is bookended by parking lotsand looks over a vacant lot onto 3rd (main streets). The parking lots are not busy, but it was not what I expected. That being said, I am EXTREMELY picky and it didn’t really bother me. Highest praise is that I would stay here again!

Cozy Escape in a Great Location
The moment you walk in, you feel at home. All the check-in details were sent well before we arrived and included everything needed to get in and settle down quickly. The space itself welcomes you with a warm hug, followed by fresh flowers, and a thoughtful gift from the hosts, assuring you that your stay is going to be wonderful. Walkability is fantastic, you're no more than a few blocks from all the tasting rooms, restaurants, galleries, and shops you could need for a long weekend getaway. Simply adorable!!
Half-pint is something out of a magazine. Such attention to detail with everything here. From the stocked kitchen to the lush bath linens to the dreamy bed - feels like you are sleeping on a cloud. The 2 auto fireplaces add just the perfect amt of cozy on chilly nights and mornings. Walking distance to shops and restaurants on 3rd street was great. I love Half-Pint Farmhouse!!
