Cute and convenient
Great location for walking downtown McMinn, super close to everything. Pictures are accurate, very cute and comfortable place. Kitchen is well stocked as well!

Exactly as Expected
The owners of this property have done a great job for themselves. This property is easily the #1 in its price-range for its location. Extremely clean & comfortable. The stairs are pretty steep and on the narrow side so anyone with mobility issues should consider another property, it’s definitely not wheelchair friendly. With that aside, my wife and I loved our stay and will definitely be staying there again.

Long Weekend in McMinnville
We had such an amazing stay in McMinnville at our spacious, super cute and cozy “Half-Pint” Farmhouse. It was in the perfect location, and just steps to everything in downtown McMinnville. Our host, Sarita, had made some amazing recommendations for dining and wineries… they were all on point! We loved our time here and can’t wait til we return. Thank you again Sarita and Kevin for hosting us and your excellent accommodations!

This property is just as advertised! The location is great and very walkable to downtown McMinnville, where you will find plenty of options for great food and wine. We will be back!

Great place, very close to town
This little farmhouse is so cute! It's decorated so nicely, very clean, and has a good amount of space. It is really close to downtown and walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and wine tasting. The area itself can be a bit noisy, sirens and loud cars driving by but a sound machine is provided as well. This is a great property, well maintained, and Id recommend it for sure!!!

Long on "cute" cow and farm decor, short on functionality and comfort. Sloppy, outsourced housekeeping, missing supplies make experience sub-par. Steep, twisting open stairway, lacks handrail , making trip to first floor bathroom an accident/lawsuit waiting to happen.

Great stay
Perfect location to explore McMinnville. Very easy to walk to restaurants, wine tasting rooms, and coffee shops. We stayed during the hottest part of mid-August, and the air conditioner managed to keep the place cool and comfortable. The only thing I didn't love was that the bed was quite squeaky. If one of us rolled over during the night, it usually woke the other one up.
