“We didn't want anything big because we were going to be busy with family and this place was perfect! Close to downtown so there is tons to do, also surprisingly quiet for how close it is. There is some work being done to the building but don't let that or the age of the building discourage you, there is some great character to this building and the apartment is very nice and homey! I have an 11 year old and they loved it as well! Thanks Jamie!”

“Beautiful house and property! Deer visited each day and there is a lovely pollinator garden. It is not too far from Duluth or the North Shore of Lake Superior. The hot tub was a great way to relax in the evening. It was well stocked and had many amenities.”
