The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
But everything back where it came from. Including putting kayaks up and paddle boat back.
Close up Hot tub
You do not need to strip beds just leave any used beds unmade so we know it was used and can wash for next guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Park behind fence.
Nothing but toilet paper flushed in toilets, no food down sink we are on a septic system. Do not have a garbage disposal. Thank you.
No parties or events! No smoking or animals in the house! Broken rules can result in a $500 fine and/or immediate removal from property. Thank you!
