Hotel very nice, along with it's staff and service. The room has a mini fridge, really cold AC and a shuttle bus which took you back and forth from the Haram. The time is spaced out so if you want to come back at your own time then you would have to use a taxi (Uber). All in all, very nice and worth every penny.

The cleaning service should be improved as I waked everyday found a rubbish through at the coridor and beside lift to be honest that was my first time to see such a thing in an hotel also breakfast should include more varities. Overall it was a good experience with value for money and I love that the hotel provide free transportation to Haram approximately every hour I consider the bus is the spirt for this hotel

Hôtel sans piscine et loin de toute commodité

Ils ont menti sur le fait qu’il y’a une piscine dieu merci j’ai pris que une semaine et l’autre dans un autre hôtel sinon je me serais fait rouler dans la farine j’ai pris pour faire jouer les enfants dans la piscine et ils ont rigoler quand je leur est dit où est la piscine ? Cet hôtel en plus est loin de tout y’a ni restaurant à proximité ni laverie ni épicerie , c’est une galère si c’était pas en période creuse impossible de trouver un taxi la bas mais la j’ai eu facilement après le hajj y’a pas de travail pour eux . J’ai eu l’eau qui sort de la douche , le ménage faut limite supplier pour qu’ils le fasse … au final je déconseille d’aller dans cet hôtel mise à part le confort et la propreté vous serez déçus du reste

Good hotel, with a huge mosque nearby which is very convenient. Staff are not great in communication. Overall a pleasant stay. Glad I was given an early check in.

The room were not in good condition, they were water damage stains on the walls and the bathroom had a leak under the sink. The bathroom was always wet. I was asked to pay during check in for the entire stay. If I left I would of Lost my money
