I loved the Rama residence hotel!

My room was beautiful! With exception of leaking toilet. The staff did everything in their power to fix it.
All the staff were kind, friendly and helpful.

Staff was phenomenal, very friendly and attentive. Wish the customer service was like this in America. We felt secured and welcomed. Everytime we came across staff they greeted us with a smile and always received us after our daily activities with a warm welcome and handed our key and assisted with any bags up to our room. Peaceful location with beautiful views. Highly recommend this location.

We had a beautiful family vacation at The Sebali Resort.
Before our arrival, the management notified about possible noise from a nearby construction. Luckily they did whatever they could to remedy the situation by allocating a separate room away from the construction site during our stay and making a discount for compensation.
The staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfasts and dinners were good. Free area tour was a nice perk. We strongly suggest to get a massage at the spa. It was very relaxing and professional.
